Privacy policy: a shield protecting personal data

This privacy policy explains what information FL Marketing Management LLC (“we”, “us” or “our”) may collect when you visit flmarketingmanagement.com, how we use and protect it, who we share it with and the rights you have. It applies to the website, the contact form, the website chat and the messages you send us by email.

Effective date: September 2026.

Information we collect

  • Information you give us: when you contact us through the form, by email (hello@flmarketingmanagement.com) or through the chat, we collect your name, email address, the services you are interested in and the content of your message.
  • Usage data: if you accept it in the cookie banner, we collect information about how you use the website, such as the pages you visit, your browser and device type, and a shortened or approximate IP address.
  • Contact and activation of features: by contacting us through our web form, email or phone, you agree to the activation of the feature or service you request. This includes, but is not limited to, inquiries about our products, services or any additional functionality. We use the information provided solely for the purposes described in this policy.

How we use your information and why

  • To answer your inquiries and prepare a proposal, because you ask us to (steps prior to a contract).
  • To measure how the website is used and improve it, only if you accept statistics cookies.
  • To measure the results of our advertising campaigns, only if you accept marketing cookies.
  • To protect the website and meet legal obligations, based on our legitimate interest or a legal obligation.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

When you visit the website you will see a banner where you can accept, deny or choose by category the cookies that are not strictly necessary. We use Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics 4 (statistics) and the Meta and OpenAI pixels (marketing), plus WordPress.com site statistics (Jetpack Stats). These tools only run if you give your consent, and you can change it at any time with the “Manage consent” link. If you deny cookies, Google may receive cookieless signals (for example, that a visit happened) to estimate aggregate results; these signals do not store or read cookies on your device. Details about each cookie are in our cookie policy.

Who we share your information with

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with providers that help us run the website and process it on our behalf:

  • WordPress.com (Automattic): website hosting, contact form and site statistics (Jetpack), the latter only if you accept statistics cookies.
  • Google: Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, if you accept statistics cookies.
  • Meta and OpenAI: measurement of advertising campaigns, if you accept marketing cookies.
  • n8n: processes the messages you write in the website chat so our assistant can reply. The chat is an automated assistant, not a person; please do not share sensitive information in it.
  • Telegram: if you choose to talk to Marky Digital, our agent, on Telegram, Telegram’s own terms and privacy policy also apply.

Some of these providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. In those cases, the safeguards required by applicable law are used to protect that data.

How long we keep your information

We keep contact information for as long as needed to answer your inquiry and, if we work together, for the duration of the business relationship and any period required by law. Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings of each tool.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, object to or restrict its use, or receive it in a portable format, and you can withdraw your consent at any time without affecting what was done before. To exercise these rights, email us at hello@flmarketingmanagement.com. If you live in the European Union, you can also file a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information collected from unauthorized access or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure.

Children

This website is intended for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
